At XP Watch Co. (Operated by Xpanamashop), we work with internationally recognized logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, and other specialized couriers to ensure safe, trackable, and efficient deliveries both within Panama and worldwide.

Each order is prepared with attention to detail. Our watches are made to order and undergo a quality control process to ensure the highest standards before shipping.


1. Order Processing

All orders placed on our store:

  • Are processed within 24–72 business hours
  • Are prepared, verified, and dispatched once payment is confirmed
  • Once processed, a tracking number is generated and shared with the customer

2. Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Available on most orders
  • Standard delivery time based on destination

Express Shipping (Priority)

  • Additional cost: approximately $35 USD
  • Priority processing and logistics
  • Faster delivery times

Shipping method is selected at checkout.


3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Panama

  • Standard: 7–12 business days
  • Express: 5–9 business days

International

  • Standard: 7–12 business days
  • Express: 5–10 business days

In some cases, delivery may take up to 15–18 business days due to high demand, logistics constraints, or customs inspections.


4. Product Preparation

Our watches are made to order and carefully assembled piece by piece.

This allows us to ensure better finishing, stricter quality control, and a more exclusive product experience.


5. Shipping Carriers

We work with internationally recognized carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and other specialized logistics providers.

The shipping carrier is assigned automatically based on destination, delivery time, and availability.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Costs may vary depending on country, city, and selected shipping method
  • Promotional free shipping may apply in certain cases

7. Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number with real-time updates.

Once shipped, customers can monitor their order through the provided tracking link.


8. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

XP Watch Co. is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • External logistical factors beyond our control

However, we provide full support and tracking assistance until the order is successfully delivered.


9. Lost Packages or Delivery Issues

If an issue occurs with your delivery:

  • You must contact us as soon as possible
  • An investigation will be initiated with the shipping carrier
  • We will follow up until the case is resolved

Our goal is to ensure you receive your product or an appropriate solution.


10. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

In case of error:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds are not guaranteed

11. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders outside Panama:

  • Prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs fees
  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
  • XP Watch Co. has no control over these fees

If a package is rejected or not claimed:

  • Logistics and administrative costs may be deducted
  • Refunds are not guaranteed
  • Reshipping will require an additional fee

12. Delivery Responsibility

Once the package has been successfully delivered by the courier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or third-party receipt after delivery
