Returns & Warranty Policy

At XP Watch Co. (Operated by Xpanamashop), each watch is carefully prepared to ensure quality, precision, and presentation.
Due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:


1. General Return Policy

We accept return requests only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • The product must be completely new and unused
  • It must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition
  • It must show no signs of use, adjustments, or modifications

For quality control and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns on used or altered watches.


2. Return Costs

If a return is approved:

  • A 15% administrative fee will be applied to the product value
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.


3. International Orders

For orders outside of Panama:

  • Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects
  • The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives with a defect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence

Conditions:

  • The product must not have been used
  • It must remain in its original condition

Available solutions:

  • Free repair
  • Product replacement (subject to availability)

If the product has been used, refunds will not apply, but it may still be evaluated under warranty.


5. Undelivered Orders or Shipping Issues

If a delivery issue occurs:

  • A replacement shipment will be arranged
  • The replacement order will not be eligible for cancellation or refund

By placing an order, you agree to this condition.


6. Cancellations

Cancellations:

  • Are only accepted before the order has been processed or shipped
  • Are subject to an administrative fee of $25 USD or 10% of the order (whichever is higher)

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

For international payments or currency conversions, additional fees of up to 3% may apply.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.


8. Warranty

All our watches include:

  • 1-year warranty on the movement
  • Coverage for manufacturing defects

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from impacts, drops, or misuse
  • Water or moisture damage
  • Improper use of the mechanism
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
  • Unauthorized adjustments or modifications

9. Warranty Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our inspection center
  • If the claim is valid, we will cover the return shipping
  • If the claim is not covered under warranty, the customer must cover return shipping costs
